Please check your delivery carefully within 7 days of receipt as goods may be returned only if found to be delivered faulty or there was an error in delivery.
No refunds will be provided for a change of mind or for an incorrect choice.
If the product is found to be faulty it will be replaced and if we are unable to replace it a credit will be issued.
Please contact us via email bom2107@sarahfielke.com before returning item(s) and let us know the invoice number and reason for your return. Items being returned are shipped at the customers cost.
Freight & handling charges are applied based on your delivery location and are applied at checkout.
All wholesale orders are despatched from Australia via Australia Post. Orders cannot be delivered to PO Boxes.
The BOM books are printed on demand in the region of delivery and will be sent separate to other parts of the order. BOM books take up to two weeks to be delivered.
Depending on stock, all orders will be sent out within a week and depending on where you are in the world may tkae a few weeks to be delivered.
Shipping is charged by weight and all will have tracking.
